Yesterday 4,500 relieved Carnival cruise ship passengers and staff disembarked the San Diego dock after three miserable days adrift at sea with limited food, dark cabins, no ventilation, backed-up toilets and no hot water. Due to a fire in an engine room Monday night, the crew and passengers were left afloat without power 55 miles off the coast of Mexico. Crisis PR 101, anybody?
