At the end of the day, it’s all about customer service. PR agencies are in the service industry—much like hotels, restaurants, real estate agents and more—we are providing a service to our clients. We may not have Yelp reviews but our reputation is our means of business. After years of college waitressing shifts, I can tell you this for certain—PR is as much about customer service as serving food to hungry guests during the dinner rush.
