At PAN, we assume that competitors are reaching out to our clients on a regular basis. It’s not what drives our desire to go the extra mile for our clients, though it’s certainly something we consider. Seventeen years ago, I established PAN Communications from a room in the back of my house. I had one employee and one client. I had two sons running in and out of that room everyday till I had five employees, a half dozen clients and enough smarts to sub-lease some office space. We’ve come a long way 17 years later. Fifty employees, three booming portfolios and a new business pipeline that is as solid as ever. We relocated from Andover to Boston almost a year ago and we’ve been grooving along, loving city life!
In the last 17 years, there have also been many firsts -our first tweet, our first Summer Outing, our first director of digital strategy, our first client portal, and the exciting day when our directors were promoted to the newly created positions of vice president, among many other milestones.
