Yesterday, we received some good news that spurred me to write a post I have been meaning to draft for a while: we found out that four PAN clients – Coveo, Neolane, Avectra, Thunderhead.com – all made the finalist list of Paul Greenberg’s well-respected CRM Watchlist 2013. A big congratulations to all four– and fingers crossed that they’ll be named winners in the next few weeks!
